Narangi Village E-Learning Centre, Alibag
With the help of the Hiremath Family Foundation, Varun established various e-learning centres in the village of Narangi, Alibag. Under this he established digital learning hubs to impart computer literacy, remote education support, quality content, career mentoring, and skill-building courses.
Impact Highlights:
- Over 150+ students enrolled
- Weekly classes in English, math, and digital literacy
- Mentorship sessions and progress tracking support
Rural Educator Recognition Program
To recognize rural teachers serving in underserved areas, Varun foundation organizes special recognition programs on to award teachers in rural areas working under and provide them with resources. During the Teachers Day Varun recognized the work done by teachers in countryside to educate children even in difficult circumstances.

- Recognized 50+ educators in multiple districts
- Provided teaching supplies and small grants
- Media coverage to spotlight their work
School Shoe & Kit Drive — Panvel Region
In Panvel, Varun Hiremath picked up the program of distributing educational kits and a new pair of shoes to more than 300 rural child students, as they would be able to walk to their schools comfortably. This did not only raise the attendance in the schools, but it made the children feel visible.

- Distributed shoes and kits to 300+ students
- Hosted workshops on hygiene and care
- Follow-up visits to monitor school attendance
Digital Skills & Income Generation Workshops
Varun also trained individuals on computer basics, online freelancing, and small-scale entrepreneurship through the workshops through the help of which people could earn some income through part-time employment or by opening their own business.

- 100+ participants trained
- 20+ participants started small income streams
- Ongoing support through mentorship and job linkages
